Throughout her nursing career, Katy has worked in a variety of settings, including pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, adult emergency care, and trauma units. She has received specialized training in pediatric trauma and intensive care and has worked at All Children's Hospital in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Currently, Katy is a member of the Child Protection Team of Palm Beach County and works at Allay Health and Wellness in Palm Beach Gardens. She is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and is dedicated to giving her all to each person she treats.
In addition to her professional life, Katy is happily married with two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling, gardening, and completing small projects with her loved ones. She believes that life is an adventure and that the best way to navigate its ups and downs is to be surrounded by those you love.
Most recently, Caleb has worked as an Assistant Nurse Manager in a pediatric emergency department. He is passionate about bringing new treatment options to those struggling with mental health complications and chronic pain.
Throughout his career, Caleb has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to patients and to ensuring that all healthcare facilities are in compliance with relevant regulations. He is dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and chronic pain, and is excited to bring his expertise and experience to his work at Allay Health and Wellness.
Dr. Verfaillie graduated with undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and Chemistry. He received his M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology, attended The Brookings Institute, Washington, DC, as a contributor to the Urban Studies Project, and went on to receive his Ph.D. in Professional Counseling.
Dr. Verfaillie has worked in the private, state and federal government sectors. He served as the first civilian Director of Community Services for the military garrison in Augsburg, Germany, and as a Supervisory Psychologist for the Department of Defense.
Daniel Cartledge, M.D. is a highly experienced interventional pain management physician with over 11 years of experience in the field. He is double board certified in pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation and currently serves as the medical director for a large multidisciplinary practice in Delray Beach, Florida.
In addition to his work as a practicing physician, Dr. Cartledge is the cofounder of a biotechnology company and is a coinventor of a patented cranial neurostimulation device. He has also served as an educational speaker for various pharmaceutical companies in the pain management space.
Dr. Cartledge has a special interest in exploring novel, non-invasive, and natural treatments for chronic pain. He is dedicated to providing high-quality care to his patients and to staying at the forefront of the field. His expertise and experience make him a valuable asset to the team at Allay Health and Wellness.
Nicholas is dedicated to developing systems that provide high-quality care to both staff and patients. He has a special interest in exploring alternative and natural approaches to mental health and is a strong advocate for those who struggle with mental health issues.
In addition to his work in the field, Nicholas has been a speaker at multiple colleges and has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He is dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and continues to work tirelessly to make a positive impact in the field.
Currently, Maxwell is immersed in earning a degree in Psychology, fostering a solid foundation in human behavior and mental health comprehension.
