June is National PTSD Awareness Month

PTSD is a mental health problem that some people develop after experiencing or witnessing a life-threatening event.

It is normal to have trouble sleeping, feel on edge, and upsetting memories right after a traumatic event. It can become difficult going back to previous daily activities and completing daily tasks.

If this has been going on longer then a few months then and you still have symptoms then you might have PTSD.
